Our goal is to advance policy ideas, so that no matter the outcome of the upcoming election, the Abundance movement can set a formative agenda for our nation’s future.

We have the power to create an abundant future for humanity. But instead, we’ve clogged up every path to progress with red tape and vetocracy.

As humans with agency, we can build the future we want. But progress is neither inevitable nor one-dimensional. To realize that future—with abundant clean energy, inexpensive housing, human-centered artificial intelligence, and mastery of synthetic biology—we must simultaneously avoid complacency about our potential and fatalism about risks. We must identify and break through the bottlenecks that are holding us back.

The inaugural Bottlenecks Summit is an invitation-only unconference bringing together thinkers, builders, creators and policy entrepreneurs working to overcome bottlenecks to human progress and abundance. The event will take place on Friday, September 6, 2024 in San Francisco, California.
